We guarantee all merchandise sold by mymacbookcase.com. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of receipt for replacement or refund. After 30 days, MyMacBookCase cannot accept returns for any reason.

In the event you need to return products to MyMacBookCase.com, please following these instructions:

1. Email us at [email protected] and let us know you would like to return your item.

2. MyMacBookCase.com only refunds the purchase price minus our shipping cost to you. 

($5 - $8 varying on your purchased item(s))

Note:Original shipping  charges and return shipping charges are non-refundable.**

3. All products must be returned in original plastic wrapping that covers case. All products must be in the same condition 

as customer received them. If you peel off the original plastic wrap, MyMacbookCase.com will deduct $10 from

 the original cost of the products. The products must be in re-sellable condition in order to receive a refund. 

• Pack and return the item in the original packaging and shipping box, if possible.

• Include the orignal packing slip and your reason for return.
